3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through the designated methods. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

4. Production and Preparation

Your graphic design, web design, video editing, or technical service needs will be prepared by our professional team according to the agreed-upon plan.

5. Delivery

Your work will be delivered to you digitally or by a suitable method within the agreed deadline. Required file formats and usage instructions will be shared upon delivery.

6th Revision

Revisions included in the scope of service are implemented. Revision requests are evaluated according to the specified conditions and completed as soon as possible.

7. After-Sales Support

We continue to provide support to our customers even after delivery. You can always contact us with your questions, technical support requests, or additional service needs.

For personalized design and digital services, refunds may not be possible once the service has begun.
In cases of technical issues, incorrect charges, or errors originating from ApiaPro, a full or partial refund may be issued after the necessary investigation.
Bank and payment institution processing times are beyond ApiaPro's control, and the time it takes for refunds to appear in your account may vary.
